Hotel and Travel
Two hotel sites have been secured for this conference. Transportation will be provided from each to Harpeth Hall.
Option 1: The Nashville Marriott Vanderbilt University (2555 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN, 37203) is on the corner of Vanderbilt University's campus and only 10-12 minutes from Harpeth Hall. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance, and they offer a free shuttle to downtown. You may call the Marriott at (615) 321-1300 and refer to the STEM Conference. Alternatively, you may use this link to reserve your room. Nightly room rates are $176. Reservations must be completed by June 17, 2013.
Option 2: The Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville, Green Hills (2324 Crestmoor Road, Nashville, TN, 37215) is minutes from Harpeth Hall and is a 13-minute drive from Nashville International Airport. Located adjacent to the Green Hills Mall, you will enjoy great shopping and nearby restaurants. This is the closest hotel to Harpeth Hall. You may call the Hampton Inn at (615) 777-0001 and refer to our group name "STEM Conference". Alternatively, you may use the this link to reserve your room. Nightly room rates are $135/single and $145/double to quad. King suites may also be available. Reservations must be completed by Wednesday, June 19, 2013.
Note that you may receive tax exempt status by bringing a copy of your school's certificate and using a school-issued credit card or check.
Please note that except during morning rush hour, the typical time from the airport to Harpeth Hall is approximately 15-20 minutes. The airport is generally a quick airport to navigate security. We hope that you will utilize this information to maximize your time at the conference!
